This notice explains how Cynerge Group LLC handles information submitted through its Business Builders website, application and booking tools.

Information you provide

The application asks for your first name, last name, email address and answers about what you are looking for, your buying stage, experience, preparation, support needs and timing. Booking tools may also ask for a phone number and information about the meeting. We receive information you choose to send when you contact us.

Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank account details, passwords or confidential deal documents in these forms.

How the information is used

Application answers help us understand your situation and prepare for a conversation about Business Builders. Contact and appointment information supports scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations and follow-up about your application.

Forms, scheduling and service providers

Our application and booking tools use HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel or LeadConnector. Information entered into those tools is processed through that platform. Website hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver their services. When calendar and video meeting services are used, Microsoft Outlook and Zoom process appointment or meeting information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Embedded assessments and other websites

Freedom Point and Value Builder load tools supplied by The Value Builder System. Information entered in those assessments is submitted to the assessment provider and may be available to the advisor associated with the assessment. Review the provider’s notice within the tool before entering personal or business information.

Links to Cynerge Capital, The Williams Office and other websites take you to separate experiences. Their forms and notices may differ from this website.

Technical information and cookies

When your browser loads this website or an embedded service, the hosting or service provider receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages. Embedded services may use cookies or similar storage for their features. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some forms and scheduling features may then work differently.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact us at alonzo@cynergegroup.com to ask about information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing follow-up. Where a marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that link. Appointment and other service messages may still be needed to manage a booking you requested.

Available privacy rights depend on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please identify the request without sending sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.

Security and retention

Online services carry security risks, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Ask us about the retention or deletion of a particular record using the contact address above. Legal obligations or records needed for an active business matter may affect a request.

Audience and updates
