Alonzo Williams

Operator experience behind the work.
My career spans nearly 30 years in enterprise software and ERP. That work put me close to how companies operate: how information moves, how teams work together and where a process breaks down.
I acquired an SAP division in 2010 and operated the company for approximately 11 years before exiting. Ownership brought those systems into a different context. Customers, employees, cash and the decisions behind them were my responsibility.
I have also taught as an adjunct professor since 2005. Business Builders brings my acquisition, operating and teaching experience together for professionals who want to understand the work of buying a company.
